Getting Started with Tappen Hill

Welcome!  Please take a few moments to fill out our on-line New Client Application.  In order to ensure that we are able to process your information and establish a new client record for you in a timely manner, it is important that you complete this form as soon as possible, prior to your tour and evaluation appointment.

“When planning for your evaluation appointment, it is a good idea to call our office at least a week in advance. We offer morning tour appointments Monday – Friday and they tend to fill up fast.

During our busy season, we may not be offering as many tour appointments due to the holidays. Traditionally, the week before until the week after major holidays are not available for evaluation appointments. Please call our office for more details.

It is also important for your dog to be current on his/her vaccinations and fecal test prior to scheduling the evaluation appointment. Please review our HEALTH REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST for more information.

It is also important to understand that after submitting the on-line application, our evaluation process is two-fold; there is an initial 30-minute tour and evaluation appointment followed by a 24-hour overnight evaluation.  After successfully completing both evaluations your dog is welcome to come and stay with us any time.  For your convenience, both evaluations can be scheduled in tandem (one right after the other on the same day) if you wish.

NOTE:  Completing the on-line New Client Application is just the first step and must be done prior to the evaluation process.  Please call our office staff to set up an appointment to visit Tappen Hill in order to complete the new client process.
