2022 Holiday Cancellation Policy
Thanksgiving
You may cancel your Thanksgiving reservation any time prior to November 1st. without any cancellation fee.
From November 1st. through 7th., the fee is 50%.
From November 8th. through 14th., the fee is 75%.
From November 15th. through 27th., the fee is 100%.
Christmas & New Year’s
You may cancel your Christmas reservation any time prior to November 8th. without any cancellation fee.
From November 8th. through 15th., the fee is 25%.
From November 16th. through 30th., the fee is 50%.
From December 1st. through 15th., the fee is 75%.
From December 15th. through January 1st, the fee is 100%.
Please note: The cancellation fee percentage will be calculated based on the entire boarding stay as reserved.
This cancellation policy will be applied to all reservations without exception.
Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason.

the exact dates you need and that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
Upon receiving your confirmation email, we will use the credit card on file to confirm your holiday reservations.
