Summer & Holiday Reservation Policy
For all low-season reservations please just call our office.
Reservations for Summer and all Holidays may be requested by clicking the green “Request” button below. As soon as we confirm that we can accommodate your dates, we will send you a reservation confirmation number by return e-mail.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we are able to accommodate other clients that may be on our waiting lists. There may be a cancellation charge for clients who repeatedly cancel high season bookings at the last minute.
In the event you need to cancel a high-season / holiday reservation, please e-mail the office as soon as possible.
Reservation Changes:
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to high-season / holiday reservations, however, because we will be booked to or near our capacity at the holidays, we may not have the space we need to accommodate certain change requests.
